Registration fees for delegates include: admittance to all scientific sessions, admittance to the technical exhibition, congress programme and abstracts, certificate of attendance, coffee breaks and lunches.

NB: All attendees of the congress should be aware that photographs will be taken by our team during the course, which might be used on our website, and/or printed media.

INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION POLICY COVID 19

Following the postponement of the 2020 congress edition, bookings, registrations and/or accommodation, are automatically postponed to the new dates of the congress.

Participants who wish to cancel their participation in the 2020 Congress may, without reason, receive a credit note on their bookings (registrations and accommodation), valid for eighteen months from the initial dates of the congress, in order to attend a future edition of the congress.

If after eighteen months the credit note has not been used, the Participant may claim a refund of the sums involved.

GROUP REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION POLICY COVID 19

Following the postponement of the 2020 congress edition, bookings, registrations and/or accommodation, are automatically postponed to the new dates of the congress.

For Group registrations, if one or several Participants initially registered to the 2020 congress edition are not available on the new dates, then they may be replaced by other Participants.

If a Participant cannot be replaced, then he will benefit from a credit note, issued in his name, valid for eighteen months from the initial dates of the congress, in order to attend a future edition of the congress.

Cancellation & refunds
divine [id] must be notified of any cancellations in writing.
Cancellation before September 11, 2020: refund less 10% (administrative charge).
Cancellation from September 11, 2020: no refund will be given.
Name changes are requested before October 8, 2020.
After October 8, 2020, no name changes will be accepted.
No-Shows at the congress will be charged the full fee.
Refunds will be processed until end of January, 2021.
NB: This cancellation policy is not applicable for Group/Sponsor reservations (please contact Charlotte Martin for more information)

Badges
Admission to all scientific events & exhibition hall require a nominative badge.
