How to collect your badge ?
A few days before the conference, you will receive an email containing your badge. Make sure you print the QR code so that it can be scanned at reception to avoid queuing.
Invitation letter, VISA application:
Please pre-register for the conference by creating an account or logging in to your customer area directly. You will find your invitation letter in the « My Documents » tab.
Certificate of attendance:
This will be sent to you by email one week after the conference.
